Based on 16 years of experience, these are the literally two least important questions to be asking! No-one really knows what your house is worth (and anyone that tells you they do is kidding themselves). And to make your decision based on an agents' selling fee is like going to eat out McDonalds when you really want to go to a nice restaurant. Sure, it might fill the gap but are you really getting the best value or experience?
