Terry brings to Ray White Richmond a wealth of sales and people experience having established and run several companies including a successful wine production company and having been a senior Detective with the NZ Police where he developed strong skills in organisation, human behaviour, active listening and an expert eye for detail, all things which are essential to ensure success in real estate.

Terry has  lived and worked in the Nelson/Tasman region for many years and has been heavily involved with the hospitality industry, and property.

In his spare time, Terry’s community involvement includes a number of sports; having been an instructor with the Nelson Judo Club for many years, football coach and more recently with pickleball and golf.

Terry believes that Real Estate is not about houses, but is about people -  building and fostering relationships, trust, listening actively to what the vendor’s needs and wants are, maintaining those relationships and ensuring the utmost discretion.
