At Ray White Richmond, we believe strong communities are built on everyday kindness , the small gestures, shared efforts, and people looking out for one another.
That’s why we’re proud to support the people and places around us. Whether you’re organising a fundraiser, need a hand with a local event, or just have a great idea for helping others – we’d love to help with that!!!
Whether it’s a large donation of firewood to help keep local homes warm, a few unexpected cups of coffee handed out during Mental Health Awareness Week, or quietly backing a family fundraiser, we believe meaningful, timely support can have a real impact.
Here are just a few of the places we’ve been privileged to lend a hand recently:
Nelson Tasman Hospice – Dancing for a Cause
We were proud to support Ed Shuttleworth from Sport Tasman in his campaign for Dancing for a Cause, raising funds for the Nelson Tasman Hospice. Ed took out the People’s Choice Award, a testament to his dedication and the strong backing behind him!
Fifeshire Foundation
Supporting local families and individuals when times get tough, particularly close to our hearts during our Little Ray of Giving Christmas campaign.
Kiwi Family Trust – Winter Knitting Drive
Helping to keep our youngest and most vulnerable warm through the colder months. We contribute annually to this beautiful initiative that collects hand-knitted garments and cosy essentials for local babies and young children. The drive is run in collaboration with Plunket, Nelson Hospital, daycares, and a network of caring locals and we’re proud to play a small part in keeping tiny toes toasty.
Local Schools
Many of our team have young children and family in local schools, so supporting education, wellbeing, and child safety is something we feel genuinely connected to. We’re proud to get behind our local schools through a range of projects, from sponsoring fun events and classroom initiatives, to supporting school sports teams, providing spot prizes, and helping out where it’s needed most!
Are you part of a local organisation, charity, school or community project that could use a hand?
We’d love to hear from you. We’re always looking for ways to get involved and give back to the Nelson/Tasman region and if there’s a way we can support your mahi, let’s talk.
