October 2020 Sales Achieved a Record of All Times

By Alicia Hardy

Property buyers are confronted with multi-offer situations and a race to either get onto the property market, improve their home or secure an investment property. The market is flooded with buyers due to fear of missing out on the low interest and relaxed lending restrictions brought in by the Reserve Bank. As a result the competition is tough for buyers, houses are sold in record time and prices are rising.

Some buyers are facing difficult challenges especially against property investors. First home buyers have to compete within the price range they can borrow and don’t have much room to negotiate and often, home owners can only buy their next home on condition of selling their house which could be less appealing for vendors than a cash buyer or a buyer with a pre-approved bank loan.

Our Ray White team are specialists in these transactions and are very knowledgeable in helping buyers and vendors in their life goals and transitions. The results they achieve through negotiation skills and more importantly building relationships are something we are very proud of but wouldn’t mean anything if it wasn’t for the trust and appreciation of our valued clients.
