61 Abraham Heights WASHINGTON VALLEY, Nelson City

As a kid I grew up right next door to a park like this. Let me tell you, I spent more time playing outside on that playground and running around on that field than I did inside watching TV or on the computer that's for sure!

If you want to give your kids the same sort of upbringing, this is the perfect place.

Washington Valley, whilst the legal suburb name doesn't give a true picture of this great location. Set out on a 'spur' at the top end of Abraham heights and at the end of a private right of way, this is most likely the sunniest home on the street!

There's something here for the whole family. 3 large double bedrooms, compliant wood fire to keep you toasty, a large covered entertaining deck with inbuilt spa and barbecue, heaps of off street parking for the boat and toys, plus a multipurpose workroom at the back of the garage, perfect for a rumpus or guest room.

My motivated vendors have bought elsewhere, so be quick!
