11a Blair Terrace RICHMOND, Tasman District

Welcome to this very well presented 1960's family home, of 'tried and true' stucco and weatherboard construction.
Featuring 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom and walk-in robe located on the lower level which is elegantly
decorated. Back on the upper level is a sunny country style kitchen to motivate the home cook and the cosy dining
room leads into the nautically inspired lounge room having cathedral windows and a very relaxing feel. A cleverly
disguised office nook is also off the lounge room.
The large section is contoured on 2 levels and is complimented by the lush private gardens. There is a fantastic slide for the children and 600m2 of manicured lawn area, ideal for the family to play cricket etc. You will love the choice of entertaining areas which have been strategically placed for privacy and sun.
Don't take our word on this you must come and see the delights of this home for yourself.
