LOWER MOUTERE Tasman District 7120

Price reduced to $329,000 + GST if any. RV $390,000. A sheltered building site with mountain views with gently sloping land for all day sun makes this 12.5 Ha very hard to turn down. Several woodlots (total 2 Ha) of mainly wattle trees dominate the southern end of the property and it is one of these that provides shelter for a building site that is remote from neighbours. This property is ideal for retired farmers wanting to stay in touch with the land, a family wanting the country experience or a nearby farmer wanting more grazing.
