If you hold a SuperGold Card and own a residential property, ask Ray White Richmond about the Ray White SuperGold commission offer before signing an agency agreement. The current Ray White New Zealand offer describes a discount equal to 10% of the gross normal standard commission applied to the individual agency when an eligible cardholder lists and sells a residential property through Ray White.

You must request the offer before the agency agreement is signed, and it must be recorded in the signed agreement. The offer cannot be used with another offer or promotion. Ask the office to explain the applicable commission and the offer terms for your property in writing before you decide. Eligibility and the terms in the agency agreement apply.
